Our HOA currently has committees for both architecture and home businesses.

All architectural additions, modifications, or changes including construction to any preexisting or new structure or fence must be approved by the Architectural Committee prior to commencement. For details, please review the By-Laws and Restrictive Covenants. 

All businesses must be approved by and registered with the Business Committee.
